The Site is designed to match CarePROS ("USER"), who are clients of CarePROS, with potential Family employers ("USER"), who are also clients of CarePROS. We collect submitted information such as Email, Name, Address, and Phone Number and other information as to CarePRO and User requested services. This information is collected and used by the SITE in operation of the SITE as designed, including submission of USER information to Users. Although we inform Providers of the confidential nature of information sent to them using the Site, we cannot control nor be responsible how such Users may use such information once it is received. CarePROS does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 18 to divulge personal information. We also recognize that certain personal information contained on the Site or collected by CarePROS may be subject to privacy and confidentiality laws and regulations. CarePROS intends to comply with all such applicable laws and regulations. We collect the following general data as to site visitors that is not personally identifiable information: Pages visited, browser used, manner of connection to the Internet. We collect demographic data in order to improve our website and customer service. Information Usage Certain of the information collected by CarePROS will be used for marketing and customer service purposes where permissible. We may have marketing arrangements with certain other entities that are either: (i) engaged in health care-related activities (other than general eldercare products and services); or (ii) marketing services and products that are useful to employers and/or their families (such as medical treatment or research of a particular disease or condition). From time-to-time, we may send you information about products or services that are offered by these other entities that we believe you may be interested in based on the information you provided in the CarePROS Application. For example, if you indicated to us that the care recipient has Arthritis, we may notify you about a company that offers Arthritis treatment or that is engaged in a clinical study of Arthritis. However, we will not forward your information to these other entities unless you explicitly authorize us to do so. You may then decide whether you want to authorize us to forward to such entities the information you provided in the CarePROS Application so that you can receive information about these products or services directly from the entity, which may include email, direct mail, and/or a phone call as well as access to premium content. Registered Providers and Users may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals and a newsletter. The information we collect may be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We may supplement information collected at our Site with data from other sources. We offer links to other web sites. When you click on links to other web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours. We have no control or responsibility as to information, which may be obtained or used by owners and operators of such other web sites as to Providers and Users or visitors to such web sites. Our web site may offer certain forums, chats or message boards. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge. CarePROS may also need to disclose personal information as to Users and visitors where CarePROS believes it is necessary in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations as well as legal proceedings or process. Information may be shared with officers, directors and employees of CarePROS as well as consultants involved in operation of the Site. If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will advise you by changing this page on our web site. We may revise this policy at any time by posting it on the Site.
